Co.Pr.O.S. is a consortium committed for years to supporting high-quality agricultural production, promoting territorial development through olive cultivation. In particular, in the province of Catania, olive growing represents a cultural and agricultural heritage of fundamental importance. Sicilian olive oil production has achieved significant success in national and international markets, earning prestigious recognitions, including those from the European Union, such as the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) labels, which attest to its excellence and deep connection to the land.

Alongside the production of extra virgin olive oil, table olives are another important product from the olive tree. The processing of table olives, in its various preparations, is a well-established tradition in Sicily. Co.Pr.O.S. is constantly working to enhance and improve the quality of its members' table olives, aiming to achieve similar results to those obtained with olive oil.
